Mandailing Natal (NMTip) – Terkait informasi simpang siur adanya oknum TNI menjemput paksa empat orang terduga mafia tambang emas ilegal di sel tahanan Mako Polres Mandaling Natal (Madina) yang beredar baru-baru ini, Kapolres Mandailing Natal, AKBP H.M Reza Chairul A.S.S.IK., S.H., M.H bersama Dandim 0212/TS Letkol Inf. Amrizal Nasution menggelar konferensi pers (Konpers), Kamis (1/12), di Polres Mandailing Natal.

Selain Kapolres dan Dandim, tampak hadir Kasi Intel Korem 023/KS, Letkol. Inf. Budi Suradi, dan Panit Subdit IV Krimsus Polda Sumatera Utara, Iptu Gunawan.

Kapolres Madina menyampaikan bahwa temu pers bersama Dandim, Korem dan Polda itu bertujuan untuk klarifikasi informasi yang simpang siur terkait pengmanan 4 orang pelaku tambang emas ilegal menggunakan alat berat excavator di Desa Bangkelang Kecamatan Batang Natal Kabupaten Mandailing Natal pada Selasa (29/11/2022) lalu.

Menurut Kapolres, Kejadian yang viral kemarin berawal dari adanya laporan masyarakat tentang adanya praktik pertambangan liar di daerah aliran sungai wilayah Kecamatan Batang Natal dan kemudian ditindaklanjuti oleh penyidik Direktorat Krimsus Polda Sumatera Utara dengan melakukan penyelidikan. Hasil penyelidikan tersebut penyidik menemukan empat orang yang diduga melakukan penambangan liar.
“Untuk itu keempat orang tersebut dilakukan pendalaman serta pemeriksaan dan meminjam ruangan Satreskrim Polres Madina. Terkait dengan kehadiran TNI dan ada juga Dandim pada malam kemarin itu adalah suatu bentuk support dan bantuan, dukungan dari TNI khususnya dari bapak Dandim 0212 Tapsel dalam hal pendalaman, pengembangan untuk mencari barang bukti,” jelas Reza.

Setelah melakukan temu pers ini, Kapolres juga mengaku akan turun kelapangan bersama Dandim dan Kasi Intel Korem dalam hal pengamanan barang bukti 1 unit excavator serta akan dititipkan di Markas Satbrimob Batalyon C Sipirok Polda Sumut.
“Untuk informasi sementara hanya seperti itu, yang viral kemarin itu tidak ada yang namanya penjemputan paksa, tidak ada anarkis. Jadi keempat pelaku yang diamankan itu dibawa bersama-sama antara penyidik Ditreskrimsus bersama TNI dalam hal pendalaman mencari barang bukti dari pelaku lainnya yang terlibat,” ujarnya.

Reza juga memastikan bahwa hubungan antara Polri dan TNI di Kabupaten Mandailing Natal baik-baik saja.
“Dapat saya sampaikan hubungan antara Polri dan TNI khususnya di Kabupaten Madina ini baik-baik saja dan semakin solid bersinergi,” tegasnya.

Kapolres Reza menjelaskan bahwa pada saat penangkapan di lokasi pada Selasa kemarin, Polri dan TNI turun ke lapangan secara bersamaan. “Disini tidak ada bekerja sendiri, jadi bersama-sama,” ujarnya.

Dandim 0212 Tapsel, Letkol Inf Amrizal Nasution, membenarkan penjelasan Kapolres Mandailing Natal. Dandim mengaku menerima informasi tersebut saat menghadiri sidang paripurna di DPRD Mandailing Natal.
“Saat itu kami terus kordinasi dengan Kapolres soal peristiwa yang sempat viral itu. Jadi tidak benar ada yang namanya jemput paksa atau tarik paksa dan sebagainya. Hubungan kita dan Polres baik-baik saja, bahkan kita sering duduk sambil ngopi,” terangnya.

Amrizal juga mengakui kunjungannya ke Polres Mandailing Natal sampai tengah malam kemarin hanya melakukan kordinasi saja.
“Ada juga yang menanyakan ngapain Dandim ke Polres ?, loh, masa sih gak boleh main-main kesini. Satu, ada hubungan FKPD, kedua ada hubungan adek kaka atau senior junior, kan gitu. Bukan hanya ke Polres Tapsel dan Paluta,” ujarnya.

Sementara itu, Kasi Intel Korem 023/KS Letkol Inf. Budi Surady mengaku kehadirannya itu atas perintah Komandan Korem 023/Kawal Samudera, Kolonel Inf. Dody Triwinarto, SIP. Letkol Budi juga menyebut tugas pokok TNI dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 34 Tahun 2004 dimana salah satu tugas TNI operasi militer selain perang, juga mendukung tindakan-tindakan Polisi dalam menyelenggarakn Kamtibmas di NKRI.

Terkait adanya informasi yang sudah beredar, Budi menjelaskan bahwa ada mobil mengenakan plat dinas TNI memasuki Mako Polres, ia menyampaikan bahwa nomor plat itu tidak benar.
“Dalam hal ini kami dibidang pengaman akan mengusut dan menindaklanjuti darimana keberadaan nomor dinas ini serta dimana dibuat, nanti akan kami cari,” bebernya.

Panit Subdit IV Dit Krimsus Polda Sumut, Iptu Gunawan juga mengaku sebelum adanya penindakan tersebut, pihaknya telah melakukan kordinasi terlebih dahulu dengan instansi jajaran baik dari pemerintah, Polri dan TNI.
“Setelah kita koordinasi dengan semua pihak, kita teruskan melakukan penyelidikan dan akhirnya kita lakukan penindakan terhadap empat orang yakni A, selaku pelaksana kegiatan dilapangan, I, selaku yang disinyalir sebagai manejer operasional, H, selaku operator dan S, sebagai pemilik lahan,” tutupnya.(NP)
